Shipping, Payment & Returns Policy

1. Shipping (Delivery)

  • We deliver orders across Romania.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Processing time: 3-4 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Zero Sense is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect details.

2. Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted only by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

3. Returns & Refunds

Sometimes things don’t work out. That’s fine.

At Zero Sense, we want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, here’s how returns work:

Return Eligibility

  • You have the right to return any product purchased from zero-sense.ro within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.
  • To start the return, you must send us an email at hello@zero-sense.ro with your order number and details.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags/labels attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, some items (e.g. underwear, socks, accessories) may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Send us an email at hello@zero-sense.ro with your return request.
  2. Wait for our confirmation email - this will include the return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the product(s) back to us. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm whether the return has been approved.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds apply only to the product value; shipping costs paid in the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available. If you want a different size or product, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect product, email us immediately at hello@zero-sense.ro with pictures of the issue.
  • In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Final Notes

  • Returns sent without prior confirmation from our team will not be accepted.
  • Zero Sense reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
