We’re the brand that makes zero sense - except when it comes to the legal stuff. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website and buy our products. Please read them carefully before clicking “checkout.”

  • All items shown on zero-sense.ro reflect availability in size and color at the time displayed.
  • Zero Sense cannot guarantee that all items will always be in stock; availability is reconfirmed after order placement.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and either offer an alternative or process a refund.

4. Product Images & Descriptions

  • Product images aim to represent items as accurately as possible. However, differences in screen settings or production changes may cause slight variations.
  • Zero Sense is not liable for differences in color tones or minor design updates introduced during manufacturing.
  • Unauthorized use of our product images, logos, or content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on the website are listed in RON and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., card payments, online payment processors).
  • Payments are processed securely. Zero Sense does not store payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via our approved courier partners.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Zero Sense is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Order Confirmation & Contract

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • This confirmation is not a guarantee of product availability until we verify and process the order.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Zero Sense reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, lack of product availability, or technical errors on the website.

  • All trademarks, designs, product names, logos, and content on zero-sense.ro are the intellectual property of Zero Sense S.R.L.
